We use magic links to log you into our web portal, which is a type of password-less login. This means you can access your Flux account without needing to set up a username and password.
When you try to login to the Flux portal, we'll send you a time-limited magic link via email. These links usually expire within 24 hours, so if you're having trouble logging on there are a few things you can try:
If you haven't received a magic link
If you haven't received your magic link email, please check your junk folder. If it's not there, please double-check that you've entered your email address correctly without any typos. Failing that, please drop us a line at email@example.com so that we can look into it for you.
If your magic link isn't working
If your magic link isn't working, please check that you're using the most recent magic link email (sometimes your email provider will group them into a chain, which can make it hard to find the right one!). You should also make sure that the email isn't older than 24 hours - if it is, then the link will have expired.
If your link is continuing to produce an error, then the simplest way to solve it is to delete the email from your inbox and request another from the Flux portal. If the link continues to show as expired, it could mean that your spam filter is making the links inactive as part of the scanning process - you can always try disabling URL scanning for web.tryflux.com to see if that rectifies the issue.
