If you haven't received cashback from a Flux offer, please check the following:
- You must have Flux activated in your Monzo or Starling account and have paid for your order with this account to receive your cashback, and
- The offer must also be activated before you made the transaction in order for the cashback to trigger correctly.
We aim to deliver your cashback within minutes, however, it may take up to one working day. If you have not received a receipt for your transaction or it has been more than 24 hours since you transacted, please get in touch with us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can look into this for you.
