When you deactivate your Flux service, we'll stop receiving new transaction data about your account from our partners. But the data we've already received will remain on our servers unless you ask us to delete your data.
To do this, please email our Data Protection Officer at privacy@tryflux.com so that we can start the process of deleting your data from our systems. Once we've verified your request, it'll take around 7 days to complete.
