Sorry to hear that you didn't receive your digital receipt when you were expecting one!
The first thing to check is that you've got Flux connected correctly - you can see instructions for Monzo and Starling here.
Next we'll need to check that the store you've shopped with is currently integrated with Flux - you can see a list of retailers that we currently support here. If there's any outages or problems affecting our service, we'll let you know via our status page.
We aim to deliver receipts within seconds, but it can sometimes take up to two hours. If you've not received your receipt within a few hours of making the transaction, then please reach out to us and we'll look into it for you.
We'll need the details of your transaction in order to investigate, so it'd be helpful if you could tell us:
- The time you made the transaction
- The amount of the transaction
- The name and location of the retailer you made the transaction
- Confirm which bank you used
